Terms & Clarifications
To keep things clear for both of us, here's what's expected once a license is in place:Use the right file for the job
You'll be provided with files suited to your licensed use. For social media or web use, please use the lower-resolution file provided for that purpose rather than a print-ready file, this protects the artwork from being lifted and reused elsewhere at full quality.Stay within the licensed scope
The license covers the specific use, product type, and quantity agreed upon. Expanding to new products, larger runs, or new platforms requires an updated license, feel free to reach out if your needs grow.No AI/ML use
The artwork may not be processed, trained on, or altered using AI or machine-learning image tools.No NFTs
The artwork may not be minted or sold as an NFT under any license tier.Alterations
Modifying the artwork in ways that could carry a hateful or harmful message is never permitted. Any other alteration should be discussed with me beforehand.Credit
Please credit me as the artist wherever practical (product tags, website credits, social captions, etc.).Ownership
Licensing artwork doesn't transfer copyright or authorship. I retain all rights to the piece and may continue to sell it as prints or license it to others, since all licenses are non-exclusive.No sublicensing
The license is granted to you directly and can't be resold or transferred to a third party.Completing payment on the invoice I send you means you accept these terms.
